Does it cost anything to start earning?
No. To earn Fresh Points all you have to do is sign up and place an order. Once signed up, be sure you are logged in before making a purchase to get credit for your purchase - no matter the order size!
How do I check my points balance?
Easy! All you have to do is click on the 'Rewards' button on the bottom left-hand corner of your screen. (If you're on mobile it's the price tag icon.) There are small things you can do to earn points now, even without making a purchase!
How long will it take for my points to post to my account?
Your points should be available in your account within 24 hours of your purchase.
Do my points expire?
Nope! Your points will never expire.
How do I contact support if I have questions about my points?

When will my account enter VIP Member Status?
To earn VIP Member Status, you must spend $200.00 within the calendar year. VIP Status is updated at the end of the calendar year. Upon membership, VIP Members will get a Thank You Gift, 1,000 Fresh Points, 500 Fresh Points for their birthday and immediately start earning double points for purchases.
VIP Member Status is only valid for one calendar year.
